A very family oriented place, very clean and organized and the staff is always willing to help. My mom has been living in the facility for approximately 6 months and we are very happy with her care.

The rudest people I have ever encountered running a facility. No English speakers then they hang up the phone when I asked for a staff member. Not a good feeling when you need information or assistance with rude people picking up the phone and just hang up on you. In America we speak English and all other languages. Running a facility with rude no communication skills people answering your phone is so unacceptable. Find people that speak both languages this is helpful.
