I really have no idea why St. Anne's has such bad reviews because my mother in law is a resident here and she gets excellent care. My mom used to work at St. Anne's in the 70's and she loved it. My mother in law was treated poorly at a previous nursing home and since she's been here she gets wonderful care 🙂 and she doesn't cry anymore, she eats very well. She smiles alot. I'm very pleased with St. Anne's 🙂

The staff was kind of rude , The management lied constantly about doing anything, in the end my mother was just a big pile of money to torture to death. I was there everyday and witnessed what they call care. There were a few good cnas there but in the end the truth will set you free. Money truly all they cared about and not getting caught neglecting my mother. I saw too much got lied to and if 3-4 of corroborate each other, what do you do? Truly an ugly experience that will leave a mark on my soul.

I’m a resident of the facility. The CNA’s are superb. The nurses are generally very good. The office personnel are a bit cool to the needs of the personnel like me. The rebuilding habit of the staff is non existent. I’m blocked from using any of my equipment by the non existent help from the staff. This fact is incredibly frustrating to me. I’m considering a different facility because of the failure of the head staff to work with me on any desires I have.
