The staff is friendly, the management is excellent and it has amazing employees. The food the cooks make is healthy and well balanced. Great events and activities for the residents to enjoy, and everyone treats each other like family.

I absolutely love this place. The staff is very compassionate and kind towards the residents which is something I haven't seen a lot at other facilities. Staff and management actually take time to talk to residents and get to know them. It's a very peaceful environment. Residents love participating in the very fun activities and crafts planned and watching the abundance of wildlife right outside their windows. I highly recommend.

My mom is so happy here! The facility is very clean, bright, cheerful, and home like atmosphere. The staff is very professional, compassionate, loving, informative, caring, attentive, thoughtful, patient and kind. I am thrilled with the care my mom receives. Thank you to all the great staff as you truly are a credit to your profession 😊

When this was Artisan, this was a great facility. After being taken over by Sage Meadow, the quality of care for my dad went downhill VERY quickly. He was not attended to as he should have been (he's a stroke victim, so needed help moving, etc). Multiple hospital visits ensued due to lack of regard of his cleanliness after bathroom visits, dehydration and falls due to lack of attention. Additionally, the staff was RUDE to not only me, but the residents themselves. One in particular spoke rudely and cruelly to anyone in her path...visitor or resident. I am very happy to have moved my father to a place that will take care of him and not treat him like a paycheck!

My Mother was there for a year and a half and during that time the staff made my Mom and our family feel like one of thier own family members. We have been to a few other facilities that have been absolutly horrible. If we could, we would get my Mom back into Sage Meadow in a heart beat. They have activities for the residents and have had nice lunches flr the residents and family during holidays. I wish everyplace that cares for our elderly would be as nice as Sage Meadow. All places will have issues with employees from time to time, and all residents have issues themselves. All in all, we had a very good experience with Sage Meadow vs the rest of the places we have been at.
