Was told by the young girl it would be 10 mins when I first got there since ambulance brought her over then after an hr of me still asking and still sitting n waiting room I asked again an even stated I don't mean to b ugly but this is ridiculous an another young girl says your daughter is 19!! Excuse me little girl I don't care if she is 30 she is scared an wants her momma and that was very unprofessional preceded to ask for her supervisor and she closed the little window guess what no supervisor!!! I went in with right side pain peeing blood. I had kidney stone since I was 19 I know when its a kidney stones. Was told by the dr everything was fine even though she admit I had blood in my pee to me that means something if not fine. She sent me home with nothing. Passed the kidney stone 3 hours later. So there was something wrong you were rude and told me everything was fine. I have the stone thinking about going back and giving it to the dr. It's crazy that this happened and then they wouldnt give me the report either. To add to it the paper this dr sent me home with even said if my pee looked like it did when I arrived to go back to the hospital.

I broke my hand and they treated me horrible. I didn't complain and I was quiet. The X-ray tech pushed down on my hand that was so swollen I couldn't make it flat and he grabbed it at the break. They said it was a little bit of bone broken at the end of my pinkie. When I asked why the Dr wanted a big splint on it for such a little thing the nurse grabbed my arm and jerked it to her then asked so you want it or not. I knew that my arm was broken. The Dr stood away from me smiling and saying I'll be ok. I went to a Ortho Dr and yep my arm is broken in 2 places.

My child was in the ER tonight. The doctor was fine and the younger nurse was polite. The other nurse Mona was rude and irritable. I could hear her loudly snapping at patients and workers but being overly affectionate with others. I understand that there was a lot happening at once, but I feel like if you won't take the time to provide care and be patient, then don't be a care provider. We are human beings even if we don't have degrees and aren't feeling well.

Terrible hospital! Everytime I have taken my kids or mother to the ER and Carla Thomas is there she has misdiagnosed them! She has no idea what she's doing. I'm shocked the hospital doesn't have law suits against them because of her! A few of the nurses are hateful and rude for no reason. My mother was waiting for my son to come pick her up at the ER when she fractured her knee, which they diagnosed as a torn muscle. Her nurse kept telling her she couldn't stay there and said the ambulance would take her to the nursing home!! My mother's not in a nursing home!! A couple of months before my aunt died the nurse told us she was putting on, and she wasn't as bad off as she was acting. When in fact she had cellulitis really bad. Which they didn't diagnosis, keller did when she ended up needing to go there because she declined! Overall not a good ER, drive alittle farther to get treated!
