THE WORST NURSING HOME. Please never take a family member there. They’re extremely negligent

Horrible care and leadership doesn’t seem concerned. I wouldn’t kennel my dog there. Staffing is always an issue but good staff don’t want to risk losing their licenses to work there.

I'm a very understanding individual and do not usually speak my mind but this is not a rehab center let alone a nursing center. If you have a loved one, please do not take them here. This is somewhere you take someone to die not get better. I was lied to repeatedly by the nurses, The worst excuse for food I have ever seen, cockroach on the food they had brought to the room, if you were lucky enough to locate a CNA if needed, they would tell you I will be right back and never show. I spoke with the Culbertson Hospital staff and they see patients dead and barely alive due to neglect from this nursing home facility. My father fell out of bed and who knows how long he was on the floor and I would have never known except another visitor was there and overheard shift change nurse telling new shift change nurse. I confronted them and they said oh yes the nurse on shift overnight tried to call you but couldn't get ahold of you at 3am. My phone was beside my head, no missed call, no voicemail. They also told me he had eaten when I learned from another your Dad didn't touch his food. I have never been so disappointed, upset, disheartened or sad for the others there as I am over this experience. Don't let a social worker talk you in to this place when being dismissed from the hospital. Dad lost ground and due to them will always be in a wheelchair and on a catheter. Rehab did not work with him, she even told me he probably won't walk again. REALLY??? He could still walk a few days ago after he recovered from pneumonia!!! He was extremely dehydrated when I yanked him out of there and took him to the hospital as I knew something was wrong. The hospital said he would have died if I had not have brought him to them. Negligence!!!!! Horrible!!!!! Don't even consider this place for a minute. THEY DO NOT CARE and should be shut down. SHUT THEM DOWN OR GET BETTER MANAGEMENT THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT OUR ELDERLY!!!!! I had to give them 1 star against my will or this site would not let me post this review.
