This review begins with the passing of my dad. He was an independent, proud, and self-reliant man. But in the final months of his life, he needed more care than my siblings and I could provide on our own. Making the decision to place him in a care facility was incredibly difficult for all of us. Thankfully, we found Royal Vista, a place that far exceeded our expectations. The staff didn’t just provide care—they offered compassion, dignity, and love. We developed a close relationship with them, and that connection brought us immense comfort during such a vulnerable and emotional time. The facility itself was warm and welcoming. It felt safe, clean, and respectful—a place where my dad could truly be at ease and feel cared for. In the end, he spent the latter part of his life surrounded by a team of extraordinary caregivers. We truly could not have asked for a better place for him during those final months. To everyone who played a role in his care—Isabella, Teresa, Moy, Shu, Jennie, and Naomi—thank you. Thank you for the comfort, the love, and the dignity you gave him. Your kindness, patience, and dedication will never be forgotten.

Terminal illness of a love one is one of the most traumatic experience in life. Somtimes family need help to cope and to provide the proper care for that person. Vista Cove provided that help and went out of their way to make my mothers passing as comfortable as possible. All the staff did a great job and I'm deeply thankful to them. I highly recommend them. Thanks you

I would like to express my gratitude to the management, and to all staff of Vista Cove Memory Care Unit for the excellent care they gave to my brother in-law. The place is quiet, looks festive for the holiday, and very clean. Their staff are very helpful and polite.
