I had a nice time at Roxboro Rehab. THE NURSES AND CNAs were great. The food was great- allowing me to gain weight. THERAPY was great- I learned a lot. THE leadership was outstanding! I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I would highly recommend facility to everyone.

My aunt has been in this facility for about 15 years. The service and care has been up and down as admin staff changed and different companies came and went. The admin staff and the nursing staff now are attentive to detail. They are willing to listen to concerns and offer solutions. She has developed a relationship with the nurses who take care of her. Without the activity coordinators her stay would be boring. She enjoys the daily (sometimes twice a day) activities, spirit weeks and outings they plan. She does complain some about the food not being good, but they are willing to make her something different if she doesn't like what they are having. My aunt enjoys coming for visits with her family; however, she is always ready to go back "home". This makes me feel good. Thanks to all who make her feel special.

Top level service was provided for my mother during her stay in this facility for approximately three weeks. Nurses were attentive to her needs; the PT and OT staff members were very instrumental in getting her headed in the right direction for mobility and the speech therapist won her heart with her gentle spirit and kindness. The staff was very accommodating to request that were asked of them by my family members. I would recommend giving this facility a chance to provide rehabilitation services to you or your family members.

If I could give a 4.5 I would but since there’s no option, I am giving them a 4. My brother has been here for 2 years and the staff has been extremely responsive to our questions and proactive in their outreach. The administrative staff and provider have been very kind and helpful. Nursing care is a tough job and I watch the staff here be patient and kind with the residents. They are our essential workers and I advocate for them every time I can!

My grandmother recently stayed at this nursing home, and our family couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and very professional from day one. They treated her with kindness and respect, which gave us so much peace of mind. The rehab team worked with her consistently, and the non-stop therapy truly helped her regain her strength and confidence to return home. We saw real progress, and that meant everything to us. She also mentioned how much she enjoyed the food she said it was amazing! The entire staff were always by her side, attentive and ready to help whenever she needed anything. Thank you to everyone there for making her stay comfortable, supportive, and successful. We truly appreciate all that you do!
