Rotary Terrace

Rotary Terrace is an affordable senior housing community located in South San Francisco, California, serving households with seniors 62 and older. The community is conveniently situated near downtown South San Francisco.

The community welcomes residents with disabilities and is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to ensure equal access to apartments and common areas. HumanGood, the operator, follows a policy of thorough and prompt consideration of accommodation requests and engages in dialogue with applicants and residents to address their needs.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, covering registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals and their owners.

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas on the premises. Residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement and must ensure that neither they nor their guests smoke outside of these designated spaces.
