Completely neglected my loved one. No pt. No meds on time. She even wrote notes about how alone and neglected she felt and how she wanted to sue them when she got out. But unfortunately she never made it out. It also have a major virus outbreak, they shouldnt have ever let anyone come in during a major out break

Staff was welcoming, attentive , responsive and thoroughly professional in caring for my wife. They were always ready to respond to any special needs and the occupational and physical therapy were first rate. We couldn’t be more pleased with the nearly four-week experience at Rossmoor Post Acute.

We brought my mother-in-law here on our dime 🪙 for recovery from a vascular issue. The reviews were pretty good and it was semi-affordable. Well good news was my wife’s 93 year old mother is enjoying her treatment by the staff and the food. Her mood has really improved. So far we’re very pleased after va 4-days.

If i could give zero stars i would!!<br>This place is horrible<br>My sister was on hospice for endstage cancer at rossmoor post accute, the nursing staff left my sister laying in her own filth for over 7 hours, they didn't give her pain management until I went to visit, she had a high temperature, I had to fight like hell just to get her Tylenol. I ultimately eneded up calling the hospice nurse and reporting several instances of neglect on rossmoors part, after over an hour of yelling and making a scene, she finally received the proper medication to keep her comfortable.<br>I will tell you this, if your loved one is unable to speak up for themselves, the staff at this place will leave them to suffer silently and not even pretend to care.

Update: 5.20.26<br>My father was diagnosed with “failure to thrive” by his doctor after leaving your facility. On top of that, his repeated complaints about being lightheaded were ignored, when in fact they were related to a serious heart condition that ultimately required a heart monitor to be implanted in his chest.<br><br>So yes, I called your facility multiple times trying to address these concerns, all to no avail.<br><br>I am extremely frustrated with the experience my family has had here. Communication has been nonexistent—calls go unanswered, and getting any kind of update about my dad’s condition or care has been unnecessarily difficult. It feels like we are being ignored when all we want is basic information and transparency.<br><br>On top of that, it’s unclear why my dad continues to be kept here. We have not been given clear explanations or timelines, which only adds to the stress and confusion. Families deserve to be part of the conversation, not left in the dark.<br><br>Overall, this situation has caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety. I strongly urge the facility to improve communication, responsiveness, and clarity around patient care decisions.
