The ROSS MEMORIAL CENTER was a good experience for me. The employees were professional, personable and very competent at providing all the services which I needed. The facility was clean, food excellent, PT adequate, although some of the equipment needed upgraded. I was able to get the exercise I needed to recover from a total knee joint replacement. The treatment for an infected knee and leg was excellent. I would definitely recommend this facility for rehab.

Friendly and proactive staff that has been very attentive to our moms needs. Food is good. The Concierge's have been checking daily to ensure her stay is comfortable. PT has been consistant and supportive to her healing. Was recommended by numerous people and we are glad we chose here. Highly recommend in the Kennesaw/ Marietta area!!!

Ross Memorial has outstanding service. This is a very caring family of people who really makes the effort to give outstanding customer service. The care team staff (Dana above and beyond, Tracey , Patience, Sandra, Darnetta, Paulette - extraordinary care). The administrators: (Dorcel, Jazmine, Lakia in the business office), the front desk ladies, the events person Megan and the lady that check us in and walk us out ( administrative coordinator) all were amazing. The physical and occupational therapy team ( Ellen and the other lady that worked on my husband upper body) excellent. I am sure I missed some names but the overall experience was wonderful and I never felt alone. Thank you all for a great experience while helping to restore my husband back to his health.

Had a friend staying there for rehabilitation after a knee replacement. I was pleased with the quality of service she received. Physician, nurse practitioner, nurse, CNA, PT folks, food services, cleaning services were all cheerful, helpful & professional. Couldn’t find a parking spot at lunch time, but other than that, everything was impressive.
