I'm not one to write reviews, but I wanted to make sure this place gets the recognition it deserves! We were shown many different group homes and this one stood among the rest because it didn't feel like a medical facility and the caregivers are genuine and caring which is what my mom needed. The home was recently remodeled and absolutely beautiful and extremely clean! My family and I always feel welcomed as we are greeted with hugs, kisses and handshakes not only from the caregivers but the residents as well! I have tasted many of the wonderful meals and treats they have had there, everything is made from scratch and keep the residents well fed! They keep me up to date with my mom's progress and they also provide nurses to come check on her regularly. I was expecting my 2nd child and was limited on my availability to help my mom, but they were there to step in and make sure she got everything she needed even if it meant going above and beyond their regular duties! They keep diligent records about my mom's history and medications, provide support all hours of the day or night. This house is roomy for wheelchairs and walkers, the doors are always locked and feels very safe. It's hard not to spend a lot of time here not only visiting my mom, but with everyone else as well because they have been like an extended family to me. My mom has had a significant turn around being in their care, we are both glad she decided this home and are forever grateful for love and attention she's received!
