Rosecrans Villa

Rosecrans Villa is a residential care facility for the elderly (RCFE) licensed by the State of California, located in Hawthorne. The facility is licensed for 135 beds and serves seniors aged 60 and older, as well as clients with mental and physical disabilities who need supportive care in a residential setting.

The facility provides 24-hour awake staff support, with caregivers available around the clock to assist residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting, and walking. Licensed vocational nurses are on staff to address incidental medical needs as ordered by physicians. Monthly rent includes food, housekeeping services, medication management, and room and board, with no additional charges for these core services.

Rosecrans Villa accepts residents receiving Supplemental Security Income and State Supplementary Payment (SSI/SSP) benefits, as well as private pay residents and Medi-Cal beneficiaries enrolled in the Assisted Living Waiver program. The facility is an approved provider under California's Medi-Cal Assisted Living Waiver program.
