Rosebrooke Assisted Living

Rosebrooke Senior Living is an assisted living community in Adams, Wisconsin, offering a safe and comfortable home environment for seniors. The community is owned and operated by Clarissa Simonson, DNP, who holds a Doctorate of Nurse Practice in Adult-Geriatrics and has provided innovative quality healthcare in Central Wisconsin for over 30 years. Dr. Simonson also offers primary care services to residents who choose to receive them.

The community provides assistance with all activities of daily living and personal care. Certified medication passers administer medications daily, and staff follow each resident's individual care plan and preferences for laundry and housekeeping needs. The experienced cooking staff prepare three fresh meals daily, with snacks available anytime.

Rosebrooke emphasizes socialization and wellness through a variety of activities and amenities. A Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and facilitates activities and adventures, which include bingo, card games, movies with popcorn, and social gatherings in the dining room. The community maintains a compassionate and community-based caregiving staff on the floor at all times to support residents and promote independence, socialization, and health and wellness.
