We received wonderful care for our 17 year old son!! From start to finish, he received amazing care and would HIGHLY recommend them!!! The therapist was absolutely wonderful and so great to work with! The Doctors were great as well!!!! All the staff when we walked out wished him well.

I brought a family member to the Focus residential program this past weekend it was such a calming expierence. It was my his first experience in any treatment center and he's an older adult, and he was welcomed with open arms! The admissions staff member (I wish I remembered her name) was so kind during the process and it was quick and simple- Meghan MacNeal, the outreach representative, also walked us through every step of the process. Our family is very grateful!

I was here a few months ago in February and got some good out of it but 3 staff members thought it was ok to bring up my past and exploit me over it. 2 male techs in their 20s and a black female in her 20s with some weird shark tooth looking hairline. The 2 male techs brought up my past multiple times, I think 3 times and a nurse my age had to help stand up for me. The black female with the weird shark tooth hairline downplayed my mental crisis saying that I'm crazy for wanting to get help because I have a couple rules to follow. idk what is wrong with people and why they target me or think I should be exploited. Why is my business a huge deal? I also helped out an old grieving man who lost his wife and felt his life was over. He was really glad for me to support him and wanted me to make him less lonely by being his neighbor. Another man had seizures witch is known to cause mental illness and he also was there to support the older man with me. So if I am a good understanding person why do I have bullies targeting my past to some random white guy in his 20s? I worry these staff members don't actually care about patients and just want to bully others to get a paycheck. Based upon other comments I read theres staff who like to abuse patients.

I stayed both times for eating disorder in patient. I didn't have a bad stay in 2024 however in 2025 they changed everything!!! Even though they have bathrooms in every room, they only let everyone use one shared bathroom!!!! I cannot relieve myself after someone throws up and leaves it unflushed (cause we aren't allowed to flush toilets) in the toilet!!! Not to mention it's hard enough to relieve myself in public bathrooms in general! I got so backed up I had got really sick with a kidney infection and severe constipation. I have migraines and they only allowed me in the bedroom for 30 minutes at a time. What the hell is that supposed to do for a MIGRAINE????? Patients were self harming actively IN FRONT OF YOU IN THE HALLS AND IN THE DINING ROOMS and the staff DIDNT STOP THEM. This one patient was being so terrible to the other patients that patients were actively discharging when they were severely sick and tubed. She was terrible to one in particular calling her a fat ass and that patient had a 45 minutes break down where she self harmed and ripped her tube out in front of everyone! Nobody stopped her. Nothing was done. She discharged herself too. The terrible patient was allowed to stay and cause terror still. Terrible management on the unit. I was traumatized on the phone rocking back and forth crying to my partner as he heard them screaming in the background, crying for him to help me please. Someone anyone help me. I'm never going back. I'd rather starve to death. Thank you.

It took a bit to get where I am but this place was part of my healing journey. I may have not appreciated those that tried their best to help me at the time, like Beverly’s approach to things I personally struggle, the IDGAF almost type attitude that I lacked. The switch with psychiatrists made things, challenging however it was my therapist there who helped me a lot. I do apologize I don’t remember her name, along with the team members that worked days and nights with me. I spent my birthday there, although I couldn’t exactly get what I wanted, the team members, like Robert, made my 25th birthday a wonderful and special one. I remember him playing his saxophone as a replacement for my dogs, I wanted them however they could not come on that day. Thanks to Robert, Beverly, my therapist, team members, etc; it was a day I will treasure. Thanks you Roger and the passionate employees that work there.💜
