DO NOT SEND UR LOVED ONE HERE PLEASE!!! Absolutely horrible, just lost my granny and she was only there 4 weeks. She was not taken care of, I was there every other day and couldn’t believe how things were run there. No supervision, nurses lounged in empty Patient rooms and had no care to check on patients. Men housed there was walking in and out my granny’s room while she would be naked, it’s absolutely horrible. Thank god someone called the ambulance on her before she died there of sepsis, she was in horrible shape when she died only 2 days after being sent to hospital bc she was so sick and they did nothing. Her death was 100% preventable. She was only there for rehab and turning from being okay when she got there to dead from sepsis 4 weeks later.

Roberta Trails is under new management and ownership. The building is being remodeled and more state of the art equipment being provided in the therapy department. The residents enjoy the staff and enjoy activities.

The grounds at Roberta Heath and Rehab Facility are truly outstanding. The lawn is always immaculately maintained and gives the entire property a calm, welcoming feel. The hedges are beautifully trimmed and clearly cared for with great attention to detail, adding a sense of order and elegance to the surroundings. Walking or looking out over the grounds is genuinely pleasant and uplifting, and it’s clear that a lot of pride goes into maintaining the outdoor spaces. The well-kept landscaping creates a peaceful environment that makes a positive difference for residents, visitors, and staff alike.

A few months ago, we placed our Mum in this nursing home and they just loved on her from the beginning. She is very appreciative of what they do to help her. It’s an old building but is well kept. They even just put a fresh coat of paint on the inside. We are thankful for Roberta Health and Rehab.
