The first person I spoke to was Connie at the front desk and she was easily the most disrespectful person I have ever spoken to. I asked to speak to someone and she said "she is not available what do you need? I won't be transferring you to everyone around here ok? thanks for calling." and then ended the call. I was not even able to explain what it is that I needed or get a word in. The worst first impression/customer service I have ever experienced.
