There are some wonderful nurses there and some not so. My sister was left to lay in urine, no one would answer the bell. She almost died there. I got her to the hospital where she spent a week in the IC. It was once a wonderful place but not now.

Not very happy with this placed takes 40 minutes or longer to even come in room after call bell is pressed wouldn't keep bathroom clean enough no cleaning staff at night and went to to pick up belongings after I barely was told yesterday that beds are not held and they would not accept her back well i went to get her stuff today things were missing the pepsis i got her there were 4 of them and a pack of depends and other things just not even right for things to go missing some people are there for a pay check and there was some eople whobwete super nice caring workers that truly cared about the paintents I wish I can remember names but i am awful with names but you know who you are and that's all that matters and I thank you for caring but as far as over all place nope call bell responses take forever and things will go missing wasnt contacted about her belonging needed to be picked up or contacted to be took they not holding her bed gotta pay $370 per day to get a bed held on disability noone can afford that its really said I thought homeless people had it bad people in nursing homes have it worse you can get a motel for that price for weeks that's crazy to charge $370 per day and security isnt very good I walked in the front door and out never signed in not one single time since my moms stay anyone cna come in and out the doors theres no code to get in the building noone to stop to ask who people are they lock front doors at 8pm but before 8pm anyone can go in and out as they please just saying incase someone curious about the safety anyone can walk through the front door before 8 good thing no visiting hours you can stay long as you want and family members can spend the night

Horrible place the elderly sit in their urine and feces for extended periods of time have to remind them of what their job entails does not care for the elderly there at all the establishment forgets that their patients are human and deserve to be cared for "no matter what their financial status may be"
