Overall, a nice facility. They need a lot more staff though. When call buttons are pressed it shouldn’t take over an hour (sometimes up to 2 -3 hours). During weekends help is very hard to find, and when you can catch someone, they are in such a hurry that they don’t answer all the things you called for. No maintenance on weekends either so if something breaks you have to wait until Monday.

Rivers Edge is a great place for friends or family members that need help taking care of themselves. The staff goes above and beyond doing the best for the people in their care.

I feel like it has been kind of a roller-coaster at Riverdale but feel like they are working on the issues and feel like they are heading in the right direction for improvements.

My husband was a resident at Riverdale for approximately 6 months. He passed Sunday January 12th. I cannot say enough good about the compassionate care he received every single day by everyone there. He enjoyed the comradery he had with other residents and staff. I would like to thank everyone and I will miss you!
