My sister is a patient here . She is ok there. She is kept busy with bingo,, crafts. Always something going on everyday for activities. But . The food is terrible.. late. And cold. . that isn't a secret. Everybody hates the food there.. they have 4 or 5 patients use the same bathroom. It gets dirty and stinky.. My sister is always clean. And dressed. They just need to hire more help to take care of the patient's

If I could give 1 star review I would. Had a family member here in the long term. Place is dirty, staff is rude. Administration does nothing when staff is turned in. They just sweep it under the rug. Multiple staff have been caught smoking weed on breaks in parking lot, smoking vapes and weed pens inside the facility while on the clock. I’ve turned in a nurse multiple times and nothing has been done. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE

Placing our mother in Riverview Manor was the best decision my sister and I did for her safety and health. The entire staff has been nothing short of wonderful to our mom, as well as the other residents. Our mother has been well taken care of and has enjoyed the daily interactions with everyone there. They are starting to modernize and clean the place up. The staff is so helpful.
