We have been so blessed with the care my Mum has received. The patience and kindness as well as the physical therapy that helps keep her mobile and active. We'll be contacting them next year when she returns.

The kindness and help from the physical therapists was exceptional. My mom loved the visits and they were very helpful in many ways. Both Jimmy and Shannon were great. I hope that we won’t need them anytime soon but if we do I know that my mom is in very good hands.

Once services were set up (same day) the ladies were great, compassionate and understanding. Not that there is a shortage of clients that advertising is needed, a positive review is warrented. It is unfortunate that the Lake Havasu hospital doesn't take as much care in setting up these services for the client. They just sent my dying friend home, without anyone there with a packet to call on his own. Glad they came even if I did not have a POA. At hospice they take 'first do no harm' seriously all the way to the end.

The exceptional care that my family received from River Valley Home Health and Hospice was truly remarkable. Over a few years, we needed the services of home health, palliative care, and hospice. Every section and each and every staff member from nurses, CNAs, office, social workers, and physical therapists were extremely professional, kind, compassionate, and supportive. They were so attentive to the needs and feelings of my family members. We thank them so much.

River valley could not have done a better job in caring for our loved one and us, as well, as the surviving family members. Everything Was taken care of so quickly and with the declining state of our loved one that made all the difference. Each step of the process was handled professionally and carefully and very promptly. Samantha, has organized everything for the paperwork and even looked at papers we had to make sure we got everything we needed for notarization if need be. She was so informative and gentle! Jennifer the nurse, Alicia the CNA, even Michell, the chaplain, were at our side the whole process every day. The Aftercare with Kathy was an absolute life saver and she took such great attention to every last detail and answering every question along the way, taking the time out to make sure all was covered and provided. This team could Not have done anything better and only because of this team, were we able to keep our loved one comfortable and handle her affairs during this time. Thank you so much, River Valley!!!
