I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to River Valley Home Health for their professionalism, compassion & care during my post-op recovery from cervical spinal fusion surgery in my neck. Lila was instrumental in coordinating my in-home care & recovery. I could genuinely sense her concern for my health and admired her tenacity at getting me the proper care I needed. She definitely made me feel like family. Kat was exceptional as one of my in-home nurses, providing knowledgeable insight & her unique positive attitude to explain my medication usage & offering many helpful tips to improve my recovery. Mary Lou was also a friendly & supportive in-home nurse. Brooke was helpful as my in-home physical therapist in suggesting & explaining the benefits of certain exercises to improve my recovery. I truly appreciate the services you provide to our community!
