The staff never answers the phone nor do they return calls. I left several messages for the administrator, nursing staff, nursing supervisor and no one wrould return my phone call. If there is a family emergency there is no way to get hold of that staff. I had a gentleman that was living with me go there for a short period of time, Was admitted to one hospital was transferred to another and they had absolutely no idea where he was. They were sent an order to wean him off one of his medications and they never followed the orders. I would not suggest that place to anyone.
