this facility deserves 20 stars. After experiencing life threatening issues with my Mom at several "highly rated" larger facilities in Houston, this place was recommended by my Moms doctor. It is a residential care home, the care and love that she received here was incredible. The owner, Susan, and the caregivers are truly angels and catered to all the residence with so much love and compassion. They were NEVER ignored or alone. They treat residents as well as their families like "family'. It is a place that you can leave a loved one and know that they are in competent hands and you do not have to worry. If they have any concerns about anything you are contacted immediately. They provide fresh home cooked meals that are actually good and balanced as well as snacks.They also provide activities The facility itself is very cozy and comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The facility is very clean . My Mom had memory issues , was in a wheelchair and on oxygen and they always attentive to her every need, She was so happy there and she knew she was safe and loved. If you are looking for a smaller facility, then give them a call. You will not be disappointed.
