We used Right at Home services for my aunt, and unfortunately the experience was consistently frustrating and unprofessional. We had frequent issues with staff not showing up for scheduled shifts, often without timely notification. There was no consistency in caregivers, making it difficult to build trust or routine. Communication was another major issue, it was extremely hard to reach anyone by phone, and voicemails were rarely returned. I ultimately had to leave a review on their website and send multiple emails just to receive a response. The professionalism of several staff members was concerning. One nurse was a chain smoker and took multiple breaks during her shift. Several caregivers did not know how to properly use a Hoyer lift, requiring us to assist despite them being hired as trained professionals. One caregiver was rude and disrespectful to the point that I had to ask her to leave. Another repeatedly required my assistance during basic care tasks, including changing my aunt. I work from home and intentionally scheduled caregivers during times when I had meetings or needed to focus, yet staff would still interrupt me during meetings, adding unnecessary stress. Ultimately, we decided to end our contract due to these ongoing issues. What was most disappointing was that the company seemed more concerned about whether we would continue using their nurses after termination than understanding why we were leaving or addressing the problems. The only bright spot in this experience was Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Corvette. They were professional, compassionate, and truly outstanding caregivers. I was genuinely sad that we would no longer see them. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Right at Home.

Angela, Britney, Kym and the whole staff at Right at Home provide quality service. Very prompt in answering calls when I called to receive information. Kind and compassionate caregivers. If your loved one needs help at home I highly recommend them.

Right at Home has always done a great job as a caregiver provider. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions I have. They also are able to provide caregivers very quickly and do a great job with Veterans. I would recommend Right at Home Montgomery to anyone!
