I can not express how much I have appreciated working with Stephan and his team. The staff is beyond professional, they advocate for their clients, are extremely flexible when needs arise and have a great commitment to quality of care. It’s obvious they know how to handle various situations and behaviors and do so with compassion. Because of our great experience, we have recommended Right at Home to our friends and family. Some helpers good, a few questionable. Charged for person I sent away because I cancelled regular schedule. They claimed no record of that call! Then, didn't show up for scheduled assistance for doc appt. Administration needs to improve or be fired!

Our care giver Mindy was absolutely fantastic. She and my mom hit it off right from the start. Both my wife and I cannot say enough about how attentive and caring Mindy was during this trying time. We are very grateful that an organization such as Right at Home exists, and for employees such as Mindy who display such compassion and professionalism.
