Susan Brown, owner of Right at Home, came to my elderly aunt and uncle’s home and tried to help guide our family through the different options and next steps, even though the ultimate solution did not involve using her company’s services. Additionally, Susan connected me with a geriatric care manager who could help oversee and coordinate care for my aunt and uncle, because I live across the country on the West Coast. This was exceptional service “above and beyond” what is expected, and helped us immensely! Susan’s analysis of the situation and her experience in interacting with the elderly with memory issues was impressive to watch, as well. I learned a lot from her that has been helpful in helping my aunt and uncle.

We can’t say enough about Right At Home! From the first conversation, they were caring and determined to help us in every way possible. From scheduling to communication to our amazing caregivers, they were excellent every step of the way. Our Mom‘s caregivers were absolutely amazing; Donna, Pat, Savannah and Cynthia are four of the most caring individuals on the planet! They were not only our Mom’s caregivers… they were her friends. The love and encouragement and kindness they showed her is unmatched. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to so lovingly care for our Mom in the final months of her life and we thank all of you at Right At Home from the bottom of our hearts. We cannot recommend them more highly!

I am an employee of Right At Home as a caregiver and have been working for them since the beginning of this year(2026). I can honestly say that this is the best company I have ever worked for. The owners are amazing people. They truly care about about their clients and employees. The office staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating to the caregivers and their clients. They do an excellent job at matching the most qualified caregiver for their client's specific physical needs and personality preferences. They make sure both the client and caregiver are satisfied and happy with each other. I'm NEVER leaving. If you want the BEST care for yourself or a loved one, this place is it. If you are looking for employment, 10/10 highly recommend.

The entire team is very knowledgeable, responsive and always willing to help . Our care giver Cindy Dennis is amazing, makes it so easy for us and so helpful for my wife Mary . She won our trust and confidence quickly and Mary thinks she is great! We are lucky to have her. Thank you right at home !
