An amazing facility. They were nice enough to get me clothes when I came directly from the hospital and had nothing to wear. The administrator dustin is amazing and running a tight ship over there. Taze was great with the customers relations and was always there to help me whenever I needed something . The nurses there were amazing, Anna, ronel, decky, Kate, vernie, Karna etc . Amazing facility 10/10 experience over all.

Our family had an overall wonderful experience with this facility while our loved one was admitted here. From the moment we arrived, we noticed how nice, clean, and welcoming the facility was. Their patience and willingness to help made a difficult situation much easier for all of us.

We truly appreciated the care, attention, and kindness shown throughout our loved one's stay. Knowing that our family member was being cared for by people who genuinely seemed to care gave us great peace of mind.

Overall, we are very grateful for the experience and for everyone who played a part in our loved one's care. We would rate our overall experience a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend this facility to other families who may find themselves in a similar situation.

I came to visit a family friend, and as soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff were really friendly, the facility smelled nice and clean, and even the residents were so sweet. The atmosphere felt calm, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed at all. It seems like a really nice place to be. Honestly, it kind of made me wish I worked here!

Everybody is always friendly and professional toward the patients, and basically all of the patients’ needs are fulfilled. In particular, CNA Magdiel is very understanding and always helpful whenever it is required. The nurses always show the same friendly and helpful attitude as the CNAs. In general, the atmosphere between the patients and staff is very friendly and professional.

Mr. Taze Etibo helps all patients with their needs. Social Services is very understanding when it comes to requests from the patients. Rehab is also very understanding of the patients’ needs, and you can see progression in rehab very quickly after starting.

The Administrator, Mr. Dustin, explains the environment of the facility from the very beginning and what patients can expect. I can attest that everything he explained has been true, and there has been no exaggeration.

The kitchen staff is really good at what they do. I actually like the food because it is nutritional, and they always try their best to meet your needs. Surprisingly, I have had no problems with the food at all.

Anki, the art therapist, provides an additional program that allows patients to interact more closely with each other. She always shows positivity, patience, and understanding toward the patients.

Debra is also really good at what she does. She makes hot dogs, nachos, and popcorn for the residents every other day, which gives everyone something enjoyable to look forward to.

Overall, my experience here has been very positive. The staff truly make an effort to make patients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. You can feel that there is a genuine sense of community here, and that makes a big difference during recovery. If I ever needed additional help or rehabilitation in the future, I would definitely feel comfortable coming back.
