This place is amazing! My dad has been a resident here for several years, and I cannot say enough good things about this home and the care they provide to my dad. The staff is wonderful and consistent, I’ve not noticed any turnover, which says a lot about this home and the way it is managed. The care staff is friendly and very professional and efficient. I appreciate that my dad is in such a loving and caring home.

I feel very blessed to have found Richmond Hills for my brother suffering from late stage Parkinson’s. All the staff and owner are truly gifted in their caregiving abilities. Always very clean and my brother loves the food. 5/5 stars – each star for friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, safety, and food. This senior care facility truly prioritizes the well‑being of its community.

Richmond Hills Assisted Living Facility took excellent care of my elderly friend for 2 years. Towards the end of my friends life they also brought hospice in to add to her care and comfort.<br>The environment is very friendly and feels like home. The owner Toni is on top of everything, her staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They provide delicious home‑cooked meals and desserts. They celebrate birthdays and holidays. This well‑maintained home has amenities that make it a wonderful place for senior assisted living.<br>I highly recommend them!<br><br>Susan S

Richmond Hills Assisted Living Facility is wonderful. The building is spotless, the safety measures make us feel at ease, the meals are nutritious and tasty, the staff are caring and attentive, and the daily activities keep everyone engaged. Highly recommend this retirement community.<br><br>REVIEW FOR RICHMOND HILLS ASSISTED LIVING<br>OWNER: TONI DINCA<br>My father, Verlin M. Crawford, lived at Richmond Hills Assisted Living for nearly 3<br>years. The owner, Toni Dinca, caregivers, Liz Ilisei, and Neomi Graham, all took superb<br>care of him.<br>When he went to live at RHAL, he was mobile with his walker. As time progressed, he<br>became less and less mobile until he became bedbound. The staff were so attentive and<br>gentle with him every day. They made sure that he had everything that he wanted or<br>needed. He was kept clean and neat with a change of clothes every day. When he<br>became unable to do his personal care, they did it for him without complaints. He<br>ultimately became dependent on them for everything. I couldn’t have asked for better<br>care if I tried.<br>When he had to enter the care of Hospice of the Valley near the end of his life, the staff<br>worked side-by-side with the nurse, Fayrene Roberts, RN, to provide her the assistance<br>she would need to tend to his care. It’s never easy to make that transition with a loved<br>one, but they did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible for me and him<br>as well.<br>I would highly recommend Richmond Hills Assisted Living to anyone who has to place a<br>loved one in such a facility. The facility is a beautiful home that is well-maintained and<br>very clean. The residents, 8 usually, are healthy and taken care of. The food is<br>prepared fresh every day. They do their best to accommodate everyone’s preferences.<br>Toni has been in this business for over 25 years. She is very caring and truly loves each<br>one of the residents. I’m a retired RN, and one of my former patients has been in her<br>care for over 17 years. He is healthy and thriving. He’s still a young man, even though<br>he’s been there for all those years. This was the main reason that I chose Richmond<br>Hills for my father, and I’m very grateful that I did.<br>Laura Crawford
