I'd say if you love your family member don't let them come here. My mother was there after battling doubled pneumonia the antibiotics messed up her kidneys so she needed to have dialysis. She had state-funded health care this was the option that was given to us. We know that places like this are not always ideal but usually if you have an attentive family it can work. But we did not take into account the incompetence of the staff. So her dialysis ports were no longer needed because her kidneys started functioning the way they were supposed to but due to everything she sit for nearly two weeks with her ports still in. Which the staff improperly maintained. So she got an infection on her port lines which led straight to her heart. Destroying her heart and killing her. So like I said if you love your family member don't let them come here. I also think that it is misleading to have your staff post reviews.

I recently had to put my sweet mama into a nursing home. This was an extremely traumatic experience for me. I love her so much and I felt very guilty that I was not able to take care of her myself. The staff here immediately made me feel better. I feel like she is in loving and very capable hands. I always go and visit her and there has never been a time I showed up that that I felt she was being treated poorly. I am very thankful that they are such a caring staff. This is never an easy situation but they make me feel like she's being loved and cared for in a way that I could not provide for my sweet mama on my own.
