No matter the hour she has always responded to my needs and questions. It is not uncommon for Lauren to follow-up with my doctor. Lauren has been very friendly and compassionate in helping my husband heal from a fractured shoulder surgery. Her nursing skills are great and he is healing nicely. She is good to answer any questions we have. Highly recommend her.

I had no reason to understand nor appreciate the absolute necessity of having a home health nurse during a loved one's final months until IT happened. Trying to change course of hoping for improvement to now hearing "it is just a matter of time" was too much for us to start preparing for, let alone think, what needed to be done. I didn't realize that Dawn would be there for our family as much as she was there for my father. My dad and losing his independence did not go well together and he fought it all the way until Dawn stepped in. We could not believe how he willingly agreed to things Dawn recommended and of which he had just previously and adamantly refused when presented by others. Dad was more relaxed with the supports provided and the expert and sincere care given by Dawn. And then there was us . . . the family, not ready to let go. Dawn gently helped us move forward and prepare for that time so my Dad could leave knowing we would be okay and that we would be strong. We were because Dawn took care of "things" and had them in place long before we knew we needed them and of which made our "lasts" with our Dad less stressful and more pleasant. Dad was comfortable and we had just what we needed. Dawn was never more than a call away. And when he passed, she was right there. Even to this day she checks in on us and will provide the comforting gift of listening and then just the right words to validate and soothe our hearts. Thank you Dawn, thank you from all of us.
