Antioch Rivertown Senior Housing is a 50-apartment affordable community for seniors located close to downtown Antioch. It was built in 1993 to provide housing for very low-income seniors ages 62 and over.
The community offers two distinctive living styles: a main building with electronically controlled entry and convenient underground parking, and clustered bungalows behind the main building that provide privacy along landscaped pathways.
Residents have access to the Dozier Community Room, used for scheduled activities as well as resident and family gatherings, and outdoor seating near a fountain and flowering fruit trees. Apartment kitchens include an electric range/oven, refrigerator, and garbage disposal.
A limited number of accessible apartments are available for residents with mobility impairments.
