No one answers the phone, where is the staff? No ability to leave a voice mail either. What if this was urgent in nature. One would think that a complex that caters to seniors and the disabled would not have this issue.

Just assisted an elderly vet up off the cold ground because of a scooter roll over, instead of them saying thank you, they complained about people parking in their parking lot that don't stay there and tried to claim someone came in the parking too fast and caused the scooter rollover. The vet said "HE" took the corner too fast that's how he fell smh.
