My husband was admitted directly from the hospital. We had no previous experience with rehab facilities. Seven facilities in our area had an available bed, and we had to make a quick decision, so rather than take the advice of many differing reviews, we prayed. We absolutely knew that God led us to Jefferson Rehab. The Rehab Dept far exceeded our expectations; the personal care of the staff was exceptional; the meals were very good, and my husband even enjoyed the activities provided. We would highly recommend The Rehabilitation Center at Jefferson Hills to anyone who finds themselves placed in the position of trusting their loved one's rehabilitation to strangers.

The Rehab Center at Jeff. Hills. I can't Thank the staff enough. They ALL were very attentive to myself and exceptional to my husband. Everytime I interrupted anyone of them, they never ever made me feel like I was bothering them. Always pleasant and friendly and we never waited more than a few minutes for help. I highly recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you All!!! Keep the compassion in your practice there is not enough of that these days.

While the facility itself is older and nothing fancy, it is welcoming and warm enough and full of a team of very caring qualified professionals, which is what really matters. We appreciate the conference they had to go over everything when we first got there. They kept us informed throughout Dad's care. Very accommodating and confident in caring for those in their charge. We watched Dad continue to improve until the time came for discharge. We came to really like the staff and will miss them. So nice to know there is a place that truly cares.

My time at the rehabilitation center at Jefferson Hills was a helpful and caring time. The management staff was pleasant and helpful. The nursing staff and nurses aids were kind, considerate and very respectful. The only thing I would say to change is the food. When you can't eat the food you are not going to heal. I also wanted to let you know the nurses were wonderful. They listened to you and your concerns and took action immediately. Also while there were many nurses aides there were 2 in particular that deserves credit for their kindness and patience. Never once did they make you feel uncomfortable. Their names are Aaron and Larry. They deserve accommodations for their care. I will never forget them. Thank you for caring Larry and Aaron. Your establishment is a better place with your nursing staff and Larry and Aaron. God Bless.

I spent a month at Jefferson Rehab for wound care. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. The surroundings were pleasant, warm and welcoming. I had a patient and friendly therapy staff, they understood limitations to injuries and adapted sessions to personal needs. They were family friendly as well, they answered all questions my husband asked and included him in discussions.
