I’ve been researching places to place my mother that had both rehab and long term care. I met with the admissions director Aslihan (Ash). She has been quick to respond and answered all of my questions. Ash is really on top of things over there. The facility is older but it’s all about the staff and care not the fancy new facility. I also spoke with some guests and their family at the facility. They raved about the care of the staff and how good the food was. It’s worth checking out.

My brother is currently there and I would love to pull him out immediately but unfortunately he has to stay four more weeks. The food is terrible, the floors don’t get cleaned on a regular basis therefore I had to get on my hands & knees and clean it with Clorox wipes that were black after I was done. The answer time when button is pushed is terrible. They tell him, “ go to your room & be quiet”. He is not a dementia patient or an invalid therefore he should be treated like an adult. They go into the room & turn the air up when he wants it cold. There are a few employees that I see work with a sense of urgency but seem to have too much of a work load. You will get less care at night & on the weekends because there is less management there keeping an eye on things. One more thing, it took over 24 hours and me raising hell to get his bed changed.

Alyssa and her coworker Ash has been amazing from the beginning and made me promises to get my wife out of the stretcher and walking again between her and the team of amazing nurses they did amazing things in my wife now walks eats and does not need oxygen. We are looking forward to her full recovery soon thanks to this rehab please do not pay any attention to the old reviews they are not accurate

I'm grateful to the staff at Rehab of Cape Coral for their support during my Mom's recent one-month stay for rehab. They accommodated her needs and ours, and kept her safe and content. The experience, warmth and care of the people helped us to overlook that the building needed some attention. It's a complicated business, with many constantly moving parts; Rehab of Cape Coral has their heart in the right place.

My mom is a long-term patient here and we are so happy to be here. The nurses the CNA is the administration. Everybody has been incredible. They helped me get out of a bad situation at a different SNF that was terrible and now they treat her so well here she’s so much happier her dementia has gotten a little bit better and I feel that she’s safe. Cray was literally a godsend. He is very professional. He made me feel very comfortable. I really appreciate the time that he takes with me and my family. Alyssa was just as awesome. She explained everything and has just been very nice and very supportive. Ash was amazing at getting her medical records she’s very professional, thorough, compassionate, and helpful Patrick has been an incredible CNA he is so compassionate and patient very professional. What a great guy DEE is an incredible lady as well very personable very professional. I’m enjoying everyone so far. These are amazing people here I’m very happy my mom‘s here. It’s been a long road. She has been in four facilities in seven weeks and she is now in her permanent place and I feel comfortable with it. So I hate to say it, but she’s in the best of the worst places
