I couldn't have asked for a better experience learning about how to use my CPAP. Kim was so knowledgeable, so friendly, and welcoming. I felt like I was talking to a friend! She knew so much and she answered all of my questions expertly. She took so much time to explain all the details and made sure I was super comfortable with the unit. I would highly recommend working with Kim to anyone.

We were very pleased with the whole process from beginning to end. Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and a joy to work with. Kim came to our house and she was a joy to have work with us. We are very happy with the product and my husband knows how to run it and that makes me happy to.
