As I walked up the driveway I saw an old deteriorating bldg. Entering the lobby was broken down furniture. Entering the elevator smelled of URINE. Some residents were scooting around in wheelchairs but smelled really bad. Exiting the elevator down the hall to the roommore residents were in the halls sitting (not a HHA in site). The room smelled terrible, (URINE-POOP) baseboard was separated from the walls with nails showing. The staff had attitudes and had no care or concern.ignored my request to change her stated that I have t I do it room for room worker ignored the residents that urinated on her self in rest room and needed help. No snacks for patients. My Mom was soiled for awhile she has a terrible bed sore and was un turned for over 3 1/2 hrs. Turn time supposed to be every 2hrs. restrooms was STINK alongwith the broken down hospital bed. Eating tray and IV pole, floor had not been cleaned because there was dried medicine spilled all over the floor under the bed. dresser looked a lttle decent but when i opened it it fell. They keep it icy cold so you cannoy smell URINE. Please do not bring your loved ones here. Where is Adult services???
