We had a great experience with our dad at Regency. Kind and communicative staff who always tried to engage him. When he needed extra care they worked with us to get things in place. I had an autopay for billing and if his charges exceeded that they were easy to work with for me to pay the additional balance.

My mother-in-law has lived here since 2020 and loves her care and the people she interacts with. The staff is caring and attentive. Food is good. Covid was hard on these long term care facilities but Regency Pullman handled it well and they are now doing outings and field trips.

My mother and father have both been residents at different times. My mother never complained. My father has had some frustration over the past couple of years but over all enjoys living there. They have always been great about helping stay connected and checking on my dad when I wasn't able to reach him.

My mom lived in the memory care wing for about three years. Every time I saw her she told me how much she hated Regency. I grew to hate it too. The girls who work on the floor are decent --- their hearts always seemed in the right place. But the lack of communication, the low level of medical care, the lousy food and the non-existent activities were always a grinding reality. The place bumbled along, but with the onset of pandemic, the ineptitude and lack of real understanding of the elderly jumped to the fore. Try to find an alternative --- especially with the pandemic. Once the pandemic has passed, with constant visitation and familial supervision the place is passable. Be prepared to provide a lot of extras.

My grandmother has lived here several years and enjoys it very much. There are lots of activities (movies, games, trips out, bingo, crafts, exercise, live music, visiting beauticians etc.) planned for the seniors and the staff have been nothing short of fantastic. My mother visits my grandmother every day and I have accompanied her to Regency dozens of times. Can't recommend this place enough!
