This is the worst Homecare agency I have witnessed . They don’t staff the families, they approve time off without notifying the family, staff are allowed to come and go as they please. Causing dangerous situations . I witnessed the staff that come from this agency in a family members home. They are not being held to a nursing standard, MARS are not updated, the case manager committed fraud and said they did a home assessment when they never showed up to the home . YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF USING ACCRA OVER THIS COMPANY . There wages promote poor staffing , they are $4 then another home companies stating pay. And now that they received a poor review that’s accurate , as I have personally witnessed it. They have now sent out a mass email to all of there employees incentivizing them to leave a positive review. Don’t fall for it .
