INCOME BASED, HASSLE-FREE ACTIVE SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY
Regal Plaza located at the heart of a recent residential development near East 27th Street North and North Hillside Street offers one-bedroom apartments for those aged 62 or better with all the amenities of home plus much more. Our community features 31 identical 600ft² apartments, all with central heat and air, kitchen equipped with oven/range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and double basin sink with disposal, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, pedestal basin, and W/C. We have an onsite coin-operated laundry facility with a vending machine, exercise room, computer room, large community room with two large screen TV’s, piano plus a gazebo with a gas grill for those summer cookouts with friends and family. For your safety and security, we have closed circuit monitoring, onsite staff, 9 am—4 pm Tuesday & Thursday, and 24/7 emergency maintenance on-call.

Did a tour with my 84 yr old aunt. The property and facility is clean, well kept and great amenities. Management seems to be friendly and helpful!😎
