My brother was there over 15 years . When he first got there he was treated well but a little before I got him moved they were understaffed. My brother eyes and was closed with matter. He had to go to the hospital because his kidneys was acting up. I never seen him getting any therapy for all the years he was there even before he had a stroke. When he went to the hospital someone stole his money not once but twice. They didn't send all his clothes the file cabinet that I bought the Alexa my sister bought to the new location.Someone was stealing his stuff . This is not acceptable and we called and got no answers . So think twice before you put your loved ones here.

If I could give no stars I would. These people took my brother possession. They would not call me back or reimburse me. Be aware of this place. Think twice before coming here.

My mother spent several months at Reelfoot Manor prior to her death. She first admitted for therapy and was treated like a queen. She bragged continuously on the staff and care she was receiving. She was able to return home and live independently after her stay, she enjoyed life to the fullest. After a second hospitalization the following year, she insisted on returning to Reelfoot Manor. Her stay was just as before, excellent care by a great team. Thanks RM, you're the best!

I can't say enough good things about Reelfoot Manor. The staff members are caring and attentive to the residents, the building is always clean, and both residents and staff appear to be happy. It is such a blessing to the community to have a top notch facility close to home!

We recently admitted my dad to Reelfoot Manor for physical therapy. The facility was always clean, and the staff was always attentive to my dads and our needs. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing this kind of assistance for their family member.
