Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care my grandmother received during the year she lived here. The staff was kind, compassionate, and always treated her with dignity and respect. Knowing she was safe, comfortable, and cared for gave us tremendous peace of mind. Thank you to the entire Rancho Seco team for everything you did for her and our family.

Gellene, the DON, is an absolute joy and a true advocate for the patients she serves. You can feel her passion the moment you interact with her. She goes above and beyond to make sure each patient is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. Her positive energy and commitment to excellence set the tone for the entire community, and it shows in the quality of care being provided.

Unprofessional, workers were gossiping in the front table, unsanitary, even forgot to provide medication, although some workers were kind/caring. This place is not very put together, i did not want to be in there or touch anything.

I don’t know why this place has such a bad rap, I know there were some events from early in 2025 but clearly they have been dealt with. Aside from that the one thing I noticed that sets this place apart is how clean it is! There is no smell, which is an indication that the clients are kept clean and any soiled materials are dealt with. If you stick around long enough, you will notice that the staff is incredibly friendly, not only with each other, but with the clientele as well. My family has been in the board and care industry for three generations, and I cannot think of a place that I’m happier to have my mom while she is recovering. Of course the food is not five star… But they do their best. They have alternatives for meals that people don’t like they have wonderful activities for the clientele, and the rehab team is incredible!

My mom was here this place needs to be shut down. 😒 They are neglectful to their patients and abuses, They give the wrong medication. At the wrong time and falsify documents, physical therapy. They said my mom was able to walk 3 feet and I went to visit her she cant even get out of bed. I WILL BE FILING A GRIEVANCE WITH THE STATE!
