The facility seems clean enough except everything smells like "bug spray" The gowns, the linens all smell. The day nurses are busy and are hard workers, CNA ,Jason is the best! He is not afraid of hard work and making the patients comfortable, he can multitask and that is a plus. The night staff order from a food delivery service and will delay in servicing the patients so they can eat, I stayed in a wet diaper for 45 minutes after I called for assistance and the pad was left wet. The night staff will only do the absolute bare minimum and are very noisy. The food could be improved upon, but it's tolerable. The P.T. did improve my movement 100 percen. When I was brought here by ambulance I could not walk. I appreciate the p.t. department working with me and encouraging me to push myself each day. Today, I can walk to the p.t. department and back using my walker, making all the other stuff insignificant. Because walking was my main goal. Thank you P.T. Department, you did it!!! Ramona Rehab provided transportation back to Riverside Kaiser for my Doctor's visit, they did not put the burden on me to provide my own transportation. Overall I give Ramona Rehab a 4.

My dad spent about 10 days here in an end of life situation. We had hospice coming in every day, and we were by his side as well. The staff were wonderful in caring for my dad, and for managing our family as we were coming an going each day, they were very accommodating and wanted us to be comfortable as we were by his bedside. We were thankful we were there to be his advocates, but anything we asked for, they did as quickly as possible for him, so we could keep him comfortable. Tiffany, Debbie, and Ella plus so many more that I am sure I am forgetting....thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are thankful for people like you doing this very important and difficult job. You are appreciated more than you will ever know.

My oldest friend is being cared for here. He’s 95 today Oc. 27, 2025. The photo of his birthday cake taken at Ramona Rehab. My wife visits him 5 days a week. She works for Cottages of Hemet so she is in-tune with quality facilities of this nature. She and i both agree the staff is friendly attentive and genuinely concerned about the health and care of all patients.

The nurses, therapist, and the rest of the staff at Ramona are Amazing. The rehab is very clean and the patients are so well taken care of. I am so impressed with the progress my sister has made in the few weeks she has been here. She is thriving. Thank you

Excellent Rehab and care. I am glad i listened to my friends on their experiences here. I live at home alone and I feel more than equipped to return home safely. I want to thank Maureen and Angel from the rehab. The therapist are amazing and take time to listen and explain things to me to guide on my rehab journey. The nursing staff is excellent and work well with the rehab team. I am glad I had Marlene the CNA who is very attentive and answered my call light always with a smile. It never felt like the staff were too busy to not help me. Thank you Romona Rehabilitation team.
