The staff doesn’t appear to care about the residents AT ALL- my friend with CP has gotten stuck here despite not being a Senior (and being completely mentally capable)- they routinely do stupid things to make THE STAFF’S JOBS easier- the residents don’t get a choice. Why refuse to let someone with CP participate in PT or NORMAL ACTIVITIES, like USING THE RESTROOM??? A week ago, a care aid SPIT ON HIM while giving him a sponge bath- despite the fact that he could shower with a shower chair himself as long as someone checked on him to make sure he didn’t fall. Let me say that again- THE. CARE. AID. SPIT. ON. A. GROWN. MAN. THAT’S RIGHT MARTHA- I’M COMING FOR YOU. There’s no website. There is no clear person to contact to report this monstrosity. Last night, they just neglected to give him a blanket for his bed. They FORCE HIM to stay in bed all day (when he is wheelchair dependent, not BED BOUND) and then don’t even replace the linens that they take away. This place is horrendous and they 100% WILL ABUSE your family member if you put them here. The cost of this place is actually insane given that it’s largely just paying for them to kill your loved one slowly and with zero dignity. I’m APPALLED. I work in healthcare and this?! THIS is not healthcare. It’s not even Residential Care. It prison for the elderly and anyone with disabilities who doesn’t have family who will take care of them. RUN. AWAY.

If you're thinking about placing your loved one here, don't! My mom was at this "facility" for a little over a month. She was severely neglected, given the wrong medication several times etc. The owners/staff (when they are actually there) barely speak English or understand it. Isn't that an important thing when running a place like that? To be able to properly communicate with residents and families? Just don't do it. There are so many more better options.
