The staff is very caring. They take very good care of the residents. My mom loves it there. They make sure she has everything she needs. She is very happy and well taken care of. The staff communicate with us frequently and let us know how she is doing.

Do not Send your love one there. The staff was very hard to work with. They did not provide care to our mother. She fell several times and we were not notified. When asked for a transportation report so we could check against our records they refused and accused us if trying to say they were not taking her to apts. On father's day of 2023 we received a call from the owner saying she had fallen the day before and was sent by EMS to hospital and then returned back to them in a taxi. We asked why we had not been called that she had taken a bad fall and was given three different answers by three different staff including the owner. We called our mother on the phone and immediately could tell something was wrong. She was slurring her words and was confused. We call the staff right away and asked them to please check on her, to which they told us she was fine nothing was wrong but refused to go check on her. After several phone calls back and forth begging them to please check her or send her to the hospital we finally drive there in in person. While there we could tell she was not her self and her speech was slurring, she also told us she had fallen a second time after the first and no one helping her she had to crawl to the bed and pull herself up. We also found out she had not been eating for about two weeks, and again we were not notified that something might be off. We asked the staff to come to the room and again said please call EMS. The worker Hailey was on the phone with the manager Sabrina and both informed us that she had been acting that way since returning from the hospital and they refused to call ems. So we had to call 911 from her room and get her transported to the hospital in Tiffin. Where we found out she had fractured her left arm, she was severely dehydrated and had a bad kidney infection along with a concussion from the fall. After 4 days in the hospital she is now recovering in a rehab facility. Please do not send your family to the place, they are not an assistant living home. They refused to give any assistance and they are rude and disrespectful to the family and residents and care nothing for the residents. Since she has been away from there and getting the care she needs she is improving greatly.
