If I could give zero stars I would. I will say there are a few gems of caregivers and PT within this organization, so I applaud them and have personally thanked them for their care with my father. But if you’re looking for care, I suggest Visiting Angels or private duty or Burger King, because the management of this association and transparency is below subpar. I suggest doing appropriate research for your family’s needs and ask all questions you feel warranted, including home many smoke breaks their staff needs in a given day. Ask about working hours and lunch breaks. Ask about what care will be done and should be done daily. I strongly ask for copies of all documentation and keep in a secured area. Ask for a complete list of staff that will be any part of your families care all the way to upper management. Be a patient advocate for your families. Update: 8/25/22 1029 pm still no updates or changes per the emails they have sent me. Very empty words and promises. Do yourself a favor and your family, stay away from this company!!! If they show up in your google search ignore and delete!!! 4 attempts to reach a senior supervisor no return email or contact information.

The phiscal therapist is great but the nursing is horrible! The nurse didn’t know you bruise when you take a lot of blood thinners and tried telling us that someone did this to my grandpa and tried accusing us, then she said he had pneumonia when he didn’t and wouldn’t let us drive him to the hospital, she told the ambulance driver that we had to use the ambulance even though we tried taking him in the car and tried to get him there on our own and wouldn’t listen to us. We didn’t even know she called an ambulance until they pulled into our driveway! Then she stayed at our house for an extra half hour because it was cold out and she kept making excuses not to leave even though the patient was gone and we had to get to the hospital to be with him. Worst experience ever with a nurse just horrible.
