This place is disgusting. The staff do not care . The place stinks and is run down. The residents are begging to get out. It’s s place to die with no dignity

This place is absolutely the most disgusting facility I have ever seen. The floors aren’t even level. It is terrible the quality of care. Everything is absolutely disgusting.

If I could give out zero stars this would be the place I would give zero stars to. The numerous times I visited my father which they tried to force me to schedule and I refused so I could witness first hand how he was being treated. I found resendence sitting in their own filth for over an hour, one woman actually came up to me and asked me to assist her because no one would help her. Another needed assistance to use the restroom and requst help for an exstended period of time but no one helped her so she was left to pee on herself and then again left in her wet clothing for over an hour. I asked about how families could assist and contribute and was told they didnt want or need assistance. My father went in with a full set of clothing and than suddenly had one pair of jeans, no underwear and very little of his own clothing left. Nursing home said it was the laundry peoples fault and yet we watched residence walk around with my fathers clothing on which where clearly marked with his name. My father was sent to the hospital numerous times with out us being informed. He tested covid postive and we were not told till my father called to let us know three days later. He fell once in the middle of the night and a maintance man helped him up because not one health care profession would come to him yelling for help. Needless to say my father is no longer in this faciity and I do not recommend these people at all. If you have loved ones in the home please check on them. This place is an accident waiting to happen.

This place is atrocious!! My daddy was there for SIX hours. He suffers from sundowning and as he was having an episode, the nurse called me and yelled at HIM the entire time! Long story short, he suffered a heart attack!! I'm waiting for official documents from a witness to file a formal complaint with the State. Please do not send your loved one there!!
