Iesha Mcbryde the CMA was very good to me. when she came into the room, she talked to me, asked me how I’m feeling and how my day is going, none of the other ones did. They were very unprofessional, but Iesha was extremely kind and professional, and made me feel good.

I recently visited your facility May 1st and May 2nd. The place didn't smell that good, but my brother bed was made, room was okay it just needed a fresh smell to it. I requested some information on my brother and most of the requested documents wasn't up to date. Prior to my visit I called to get information and was not successful in receiving the requested information. The service by phone was not accurate, the phone service needs to be better, takes too long to get in contact with people. So, of the changes to my brother had not been shared with my sister who's the primary point of contact (that is very important to the family). We need a primary "point of contact" person to speak to if something isn't right or made clear to family members.

Staff is really helpful and keep me informed. Especially Tangela. However, the smell when entering is horrendous. The food the residents eat looks disgusting. Overall no issues thus far. I’m satisfied. I know my dad can be a bit much.

The therapy team provides exceptional care. The residents feel supported, and respected throughout their stay. The therapists are highly knowledgeable, and the staff is wonderful. A top-notch facility for anyone needing therapy services."

Therapy is very motivated to assisting patients at all levels whether long term or short term rehab! We have difficulty with internal communication and lack of staff performing their job duties efficiently and making it difficult for other departments! Our Rehab manager is not consistently included in emails that directly affect the skilled patients and their approved insurance stays. Communication and professionalism and accountability are key to working better and more efficiently for our residents!
