Such a friendly facility. Everyone greets you with a smile and is very welcoming. This is definitely a place to bring your loved one and feel confident that they are receiving the care the need and deserve. I highly recommend PruittHealth Fitzgerald!!!

I had a wonderful experience at this health facility. The environment is clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. The medical staff are professional, knowledgeable, and truly care about their patients’ well-being. What stood out the most was the excellent administrator Dr. Langston. They were incredibly helpful, organized, and attentive to every detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Their friendly and supportive attitude made the entire process stress-free and comfortable. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality healthcare services with outstanding administrative support.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about PruittHealth in Fitzgerald, Georgia. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the compassion and professionalism throughout the entire facility. The staff truly care about their residents and families, and it shows in the way they communicate, provide care, and treat everyone with dignity and respect. I want to give a very special shout-out to the administrator, Corey Langston. He is, without a doubt, the best administrator I have ever encountered. His leadership is evident in the positive atmosphere, the attentiveness of the staff, and the overall quality of care. He is approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of both residents and their families. You can tell he leads with both heart and integrity. PruittHealth Fitzgerald is a place where people are treated like family. I am incredibly grateful for the dedication and excellence they provide every single day. Highly recommend!
