Absolutely amazing care. I would recommend this facility to everyone. Very kind and helpful. Answered all my questions with compassion and made sure I knew what to expect for the care of my loved one.

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!!!
Complete negligence. Patients covered in bed-sores/open wounds. Medicines not being distributed. Patients sitting in urine/feces for hours on end.. The CNA’s attitudes are nasty + mean. Linda, Human Resource manager, will not listen to your concerns, completely disregards them. Disgusted with the things I’ve witnessed at this facility—
The only positive thing about this place is the Physical Therapy staff.

My family wanted to thank the care team at Pruitt Health rehab center in Conway, SC. Our parents are in their 80's now and as a result have unfortunately needed to get extra rehabilitation tx after their last several hospitalizations. From these experiences we were grateful to have been able to get the referral to Pruitt Health rehab. I can tell you that the staff made the difference, everyone we asked for assistance went out of their way to not only help but show that they really cared about my father and all their patients. It was very clean and more importantly my father was never left soiled or in need of clean gown or sheets which was important since he was too weak to get out of bed when he first got there. He has difficulty using a knife and the staff was even willing to cut his food which is a small thing but such an important part of the healing process and feeling like your needs are heard. I can't tell you how many different hospitals and rehabs we've seen not have the time, patience or care to just offer these crucial needs for a proper recovery. Then when you add the communication and support from the nursing, rehabilitation and social work team we were all amazed. Thank you all for going out of your way to help our father and family during a difficult time. We all know that the medical field is stretched too far due to the insurance industry but even so the Pruitt Health rehab team not only went above and beyond but showed that they still had heart where it really counted.

The care and compassion shown to our mom during her final months were truly exceptional at Pruitt Health. Every staff member (Pruitt Health & Hospice Team) treated her and our family with kindness, respect and empathy.
