My mother is living there, I'm in Florida, can't get anyone on phone, I have left many messages and they do answer I get the run around. Called Doc directly and he was more concerned with how I got his number than my mother's condition. What recourse do I have?

I have been a patient at Providence Physical Therapy for two years. I have had procedures done on my back that required me to go to therapy before and after procedures. I have seen both the physical therapist. They are knowledgeable, caring, and helped me to meet my goals. I will continue to go to Providence for all my physical therapy needs.
